Yes! Even though we do not have a brick-and-mortar location we want to make things as convient as possible for our customers. We live in Cleveland, TN and can meet you in town to pick up materials needed to create your personalized quilt/memory goods or to deliver fabric/finished products. Please choose Cleveland, TN (1-3 days) shipping option when ordering fabric or already made quilted goods and we will email you to coodinate a time and place to meet! If placing an order for a quilt or memory goods, add in the comment section that you'd like to meet locally and we'd be happy to do so!

Yes! After order is placed, email us at info@thefabricjar.com and specify which fabric you do not want and which fabric print you'd prefer. We will check emails prior to filling an order.

Yes! Within 24 hours you have the ability to cancel your order with a refund. Unfortunately, once orders have shipped, they can not be refunded or returned.

Yes! All fabric will be one continuous cut of specified yardage ordered, unless requested through email (info@thefabricjar.com).

We will be happy to choose a coordinating backing fabric for your quilt at an additional cost. We have Pellon Natural Cotton batting available at $11 a yard if you do not have batting to send in along with your quilt top.

Yes! We offer white, off white, light gray, tan, black, and multicolor for thread. Please specify in the additional comments section of the order form if you have a preference. If none is specified then we will choose thread that best coordinates with your quilt.

Please send your requested stitch design to info@thefabricjar.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We will let you know as soon as possible.

We can definitely do two stitch designs on a quilt. Please choose custom quilt design on long arm quilting order form and specify your design choices in the additional comments section.

Yes, we will bind your quilt at an additional cost of $40.

Yes! Include your requested border color in the additional comments section of the T-Shirt Quilt Order Form. With all bordered quilts we will have an inner 2 inch white or gray border in addition to the 4 inch border or striped border choice.

Send us what you have and we will create a design for your chosen size quilt. We will contact you with our created design for your approval prior to making your quilt.

Please send all other requests such as all over straight line, grid or diagonal line design in the additional comments section of the t-shirt quilt order form.

Complete one t-shirt quilt order form and in the additional comments section specify number of desired quilts. Separate each set of t-shirts for each quilt and we'll take care of the rest. Any specific requests (different border colors, sizes) for each quilt needs to be attached to each t-shirt bundle. There is a $100 deposit for each quilt ordered.

Men's dress shirts, ties, flannel, blue jeans... the possiblities are endless!

Any material can be used (example - men's dress shirt, sweater, sweatshirt). The bear only requires a single clothing item to be used.
